Not only was our customer service agent, Mimi, pleasant, but she was very helpful, ensuring all my special cutout holes were in the right spots, and that the sink was in stock so that she could live me an accurate lead time. Confirmation e-mails of all the details of our order were given so that we knew exactly what was happening. When I called to correct a typo on our order, the other agent was also prompt and accurate.
