Mimi is the BEST!!
I have been trying to remodel my master bath for months, well years actually, and for the last several months I've been dealing w/Mimi. She was always eager to answer questions and while I tettered back and forth between two Tubs (Maxx and Porcher)over the months she would from time to time contact me about my progress in making a decision!! WOW!! Talk about customer service!! Well I finally ended up with the Maxx, it came damaged and Quality Bath quickly and without question replaced it within 2 weeks. I'm happy to report this one arrived in perfect condition and is fabulous!! I can't thank Mimi enough for all her efforts and will continue to use Quality Bath for the rest of my bathroom pieces.
