When I called QualityBath.com, I expected a standard, run of the mill experience. Instead, what I got was a level of professionalism, dedication, and communication seldom found on the internet. My sales rep., Dov, spent SO MUCH time talking me through all of the options and sold me what was BEST for me....not what was best for the company. He advised me honestly and with candor.
I have a local connection for plumbing supplies in Miami because I run a school. Despite my SERIOUS connection, I chose to deal with Dov. He treated me better than my local dealer during face-to-face meetings....and my local dealer is a friend!!!
